At Rysgal, we specialize in delivering advanced oilfield solutions that drive efficiency and enhance performance. Our commitment to innovation ensures your operations are optimized for success in the energy sector.
We provide a comprehensive range of services designed to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
Drill Pipe Remedial
Based on inspection results, drill pipes that cannot be used for drilling without certain repair operations are identified. Neglecting these repairs often leads to higher costs, as purchasing a new tool joint becomes necessary. However, high-quality repairs can restore the drill pipe to nearly all its original factory specifications.
After cleaning the tool joint, restoring the lock diameters, re-cutting and reinforcing threads, painting, and applying corrosion protection, the pipe can be fully restored to operational status. The cost of these repairs is significantly lower than purchasing a new pipe.
Drilling Tools and Equipment Rental
Rysgal Oilfield Services provides a comprehensive range of downhole drilling tools for oil and gas drilling activities. Whether you need specialized downhole tools or general running equipment, we offer everything required to complete your drilling package.
Our extensive, high-quality rental inventory is meticulously maintained to ensure that you receive reliable tools for even the most demanding jobs. When you choose Rysgal Oilfield Services, you can trust that our equipment will perform to the highest standards.
Drilling Equipment Inspection
Drill pipe inspection is conducted at regular intervals based on drilling conditions and previous failures. For drill pipe inspection, Rysgaly Oilfield Services uses New Tech Systems EZ Electromagnetic Inspection (EMI) Units with a wall loss monitor. These units are capable of inspecting drill pipes ranging from 2-3/8″ to 6-5/8″.
The EMI unit is used for full-length electromagnetic inspection of drill pipe tubes. It detects internal and external pitting, cuts, gouges, localized wall loss, and fatigue cracks that may compromise the integrity of the pipe for drilling operations.
